Need help with Pip & Pebble?

Email support at hello@pipandpebble.app. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened.

Common fixes

• If the widget is not updating, open Pip & Pebble once so the app can refresh the widget data.
• If the countdown looks wrong, check the reunion date and selected time format in the app.
• If a widget is blank after installing, remove the widget from the home screen, open the app, and add the widget again.
• If notifications are missing, confirm notifications are enabled for Pip & Pebble in system settings.
